How Viewors is used

Viewors is used to understand how all processes at the wine importer are carried out. This was especially beneficial when switching from SAP to Uniconta in November 2025. Essentially the processes are the same but carried out in a different manner du to a new interface.. Viewors ensured that all workflows were still working after the system switch
